OSB PRODUCTION LINE: OSB(Oriented Strand Board) is widely used in construction, packaging,furniture,decoration, etc., and OSB is also well-structured materials and outdoor materials. OSB has a series of features,such as good stability,low material consumption, high strength,water resistance, and environmental protection. We can also produce the different sizes of OSB board making machines as to our customers’ requirements.
--- OSB board production technological process ---
1. Chip preparation section
Raw material is treated by the chips making machine, then the qualified chips will be transported to the chip bin, and then feed to the ring flaker by which the chips are turned to flakes, then the flake stored in wet flake bin.
2. Drying and sifting section
The flakes are discharged from the wet flake bin which are conveyed to the hot air dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send to mill to be re-crushing, and transported to surface dry wood shavings bin to be stored.
3. mixer & Gluing section
After scaled, the core and surface flakes are to be effectively and uniformly mixed with qualified glue to achieve the uniform mixing and the sufficient gluing effect.
4. Forming section
The after glued shavings are transported to the mechanical grading forming machines by the belt conveyor.and they are paved to the uniform flat slab.
After a series of processes such as Pre-press, lengthwise saw, cross saw, accelerate conveyor, storing conveyor and loading conveyor,the rough boards are sent to loader.
Then the mat boards are pressed by the hot press machine with suitable pressure.
5. Post-processing section
The forming boards are conveyed to the panel turnover machine to become cool, then the boards are transported to the vertical and horizontal edge cutting machine by the roller conveyor.
